Terms of Service

By inviting Vouch. ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features (including but not limited to vouching, profile creation, and marketplace tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Usage License

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Bot for personal or community management purposes within Discord, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not use the Bot to facilitate the sale of illegal goods, malware, stolen accounts, or any items prohibited by Discord's Terms of Service.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the Bot's infrastructure (e.g., spamming commands to cause latency).
  • You may not manipulate the reputation system (e.g., "fake vouching" or "rep farming" using alt accounts).

2. Reputation & Vouching

Vouch. serves as a record-keeping tool. While we strive to maintain accurate data:

  • We are not responsible for scams. The presence of a high reputation score is not a guarantee of a seller's legitimacy. Always use a Middleman or secure payment methods.
  • Verification is automated. While we offer tools to attach proof, we cannot manually verify the authenticity of every transaction.
  • Global Blacklist. FZ Enterprise reserves the right to add users to a "Global Blacklist" for suspicious activity, scamming reports, or violations of these Terms. This status is shared across all servers using the Bot.

3. User Content & Profiles

When you set up a profile (Bio, Payment Addresses, Banner), you acknowledge that this information is public. You agree not to upload content that is offensive, pornographic, or infringes on copyrights. We reserve the right to reset profiles that violate these standards.

4. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions grant access to cosmetic and utility features. Payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you are banned from the Bot for violating the Terms (e.g., scamming), your Premium subscription may be terminated without refund.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes wiping data or blacklisting User IDs and Guild IDs associated with malicious activity.

6. Liability

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS". FZ ENTERPRISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REPUTATION, OR MONEY.
